In this episode of the podcast we speak with Fabio Campanile who is their global head of science & technology, taste & wellbeing. Givaudan is a fascinating example of a huge organization taking advantage of its resources in order to cooperate with start-ups from around the world, thus benefitting from the special characteristics of each eco-system.
